Need some help or tips PLEASE!!

I'm starting to grow a plant soon and it's my 1st time.

I'm only really growing it for my own smoke so i only really want two or three plants.

Would it be ok to use a high watt desk lamp to grow 4 plants????

I'm thinking of buying some soil setting some seeds and planting them.

could someone tell me what wen and how many times to feed the plant, how many and much to water the plants and how much light to give the plants.
