couldnt of sed it better my self.intake exhaust 24/7, when lights are on oscilating fan 24/7 if you want u can turn the oscilating fan on in 15 min intervuls whal the lights are off if your worried about power consumption.as far as lighting goes. a high pressure lamp 400-600 watts should be kept about 16-18 inches away from the top of the canopy and a 1000 watt about 24 inches is ideal "do not put just germinated or fresh cutting this close unless they are about 3 weeks old,they cant handle it and will die"
keep the light about 3 feet high and work the light down to optimum level over the course of a week or as soon as you seen signs of too much stretching.jesus if i could spell i would right a book.go online and read the basics over and over again until its burned into your skull
