White Widow In Need of help!!!

Just got to say to all the Cannabis.com Members who contribute exxcellent advice and share their knowledge for the benefit of helping others grow their own meds, Thank you.
Now would ya believe I got a question on a probable sick White Widow clone I recieved from a friend.
When I got this 2 weeks ago it already had established roots about 15 inches long on a cutting
My problem is its not growing any taller.

    Your Equipment:
    .1) Type and wattage of lights. 2x125w CFL's (1 2700k) and (1 6400k)
    .2) Distance from tops? 12"
.3) Reflector type? 2 bat wings for cfl's paired together by overlapping and sharing 1 mount
.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply? yes
.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan? yes and yes
.6) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule? read #1

    Your medium:
.7) Specific brand and type of soil, (coco, peat based soilless...) and anything you've added to it. (vermiculite, perlite, worm castings...) Root organics and perlite and some coco
.8) Size of container. 1/2 gal grow bag
.9) Did you use peat pucks (or similar) to root clones or germinate seedlings? nope already established roots

    Your nutrients and water:
    10) Source of water? (tap, bottled or filtered) What's it's ph before adjusting? tap 6.8-7.2
    11) Method of checking water ph. (ph pen, test strips, aquarium test kit...)ph pen and test kit as well
    12) Method of adjusting water ph. (phosphoric acid, white vinegar, hydrated lime, PH Up...) GH phup and down
    13) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule. liquid earth brand grow and vigor and also essential elements and organic activator 1/2 strength every 2 days
    14) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering? im not they get fed every 2 days in the morning
    15) Any additives or tea's? (Superthrive, CalMag, molasses, Mother's Earth...) read #13
    16) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate? 6.8-7.2
    17) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph? 6.8in 6.1 out
    18) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray?essential elements and organic activator 1/2 strength evening

    Your growroom:
    19) Indoors or outdoors? indoors
    20) What size of closet, room or hut? 5'wide, 5'tall, 2.5'deep,
    21) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off? currently lights are 24/0 temps 78-85, humidity 45-60%
    22) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom? no

    Your strain:
    23) What strain are you growing? (Indica dominate or Sativa dom?) White Widow
    24) From seeds or clones? Clone
    25) Is this an autoflower strain? dont know

So I'm not sure if I need to trim something or perhaps mess with the roots which i would rather not do. but I dont know why its not getting any taller.
I figure after 2 weeks it would show some growth but nothing yet

Pic 1 taken 9/11/09 in solo bathroom cup filled with 1/3 mg seedling soil, 1/3coco,1/3 perlite.
pic 2 taken 1 week later 9/18/09 after being transplanted in the 1/2 gal grow bag in the forms medium.
pic 3 also taken on 9/18/09 different view profile shot
    pic 4 Taken today 9/25/09

All pics are from the same plant

Well, let's see... that's a nice looking plant but it is kind of short. At 12" I'm going to guess that your light is too close, so if you can take it up to about two feet. I'm guessing it's kind of a strong light. The thing to remember about lighting is that is works as a sum of the square of the distance. That means that a light is brighter at one foot distance than two feet by the distance squared. So a two foot distance kills your illumination by a factor of 4. Three foot light distance kills illumination by factor of 9. So light at only one foot away tends to be very bright, probably much more than a plant needs if the light is very bright. Plants usually grow short when light is too close and they grow to long and stretched out when light is far away.

I don't know if giving half strength ferts every two days is a good idea. Over time that stuff will add up. Time release ferts can be a good way to go and remove alot of the guess work. Other than that, it's a nice plant.

you want cfls almost touching your plants less than an inch away, my 1000w isnt even a foot away. so lower your light

things get slow round harvest time sometimes it may take a day or two for a response not to mention were pretty loaded

i remember now, after i clone i raise my light t5s to a foot so thre is no plant growth just root growth for an even canopy then after i droop it on em they take off

Looks to me like it needs to re-coup from your friends lack of love. In all your pic. you can see the color difference from when you received her until now. Just keep doing what your doing and she will respond most beneficial for you. she looks good now to me. They need to get healthy b-4 they grow taller. TIME is what you appear to be concerned with. Give it plenty of time to heal from the lack of love.

I would say that you're over-feeding. I got excited during my first grow and fed her to death. I would suggest a drink of water (aged tap) and feed every other week or so. If you don't fert enough to get run-off you should water til run-off so you can check if and when your pH goes acidic. Flushing removes all of the mediums elements. Recirculating 1gal of water (depending on pot size-mine are 2 gal) dilutes most of the newts and lets you adjust the run-off back to the proper Ph then pour it back through. Also sounds like you need a moisture meter; if you don't have, get........GL bro

polishpollack I appreciate the lighting calculations and all but, I dont thing my lighting is the problem see I have 2 other plants growing from bag shwag and they are growing like a weed on steroids. And I am using them as a comparison and wondering why the ww is doing as well.

phatsesh101 I agree and have had it close. with these 125w cfl's they are impressive with the amount of light they give off. see I was using the daylight bulb 6400k first and felt it wasnt enough, I had to wait till I could get another cfl wing and when I did and put in the cool blue bulb 2700k and wow what a difference. at first I had the fixtures back to back as in blue on left laying horizontal and warm on the rightmaking it pretty wide.
I rethought it and piggy backed the hoods overlapping them side by side.
I feel now Im getting a better spectrum concentrated on my 3 hopeful ladies
well (1 for sure the clone).

jamessr Thank you for the input i shall try to be more patient and give her all the time she needs. as for the love i guess you can see she is looking good just not getting any taller. I was thinking she is a dwarf but hoping not. I need her to blossom she is my best strain I could ever get for now.

seldomBLUE Overfeeding you say. well as I said above I have 2 other bag strains going and they are leaving ww in the dust. but your everyother week seems a bit extreem. If i had them in 2 gal pots perhaps but they are in 1/2 gal pots for now and everyother day they get wattered and i reciently started the 1/2 nutes in the water. so should i just water every other day and give nutes once a week?

Heres todays pics showing all 3 plants

everything looks good, different strains grow at different rates. i have a strain that grows an inch a week and another that does 2 inches a day.

the one 125 cfl should be long enough to cover all plants at this point,no?

i would smash it down on them (blue) until that left one takes off then put it under the other light cause as one out grows the other and moves the light up the smaller will suffer and maybe even stop growing cause you can only get about 5 inches away before cfls are useless. the best use ive seen personally of cfls were used vertically.

there are some light charts around here somewhere, i think dutch pimp may have them. in relation to intensity and distance.

I guess I misunderstood your light setup. I thought the nodes might be close because of shallow lighting. Give it time and see what happens. I know you've done that buy another week might not be too much to ask. Also, when I've seen plants stop growing it was due to a pH imbalance. This can happen easily when you use a fert where you give repeatedly without knowing what's needed and not use a predetermined schedule or time-release.

i dont have alot of experience with growing and i have no experience with cfl lighting, my first 2 widows were both grown from seed under a 600hps, up untill approx 3rd wk of flowering 1 was about 2 inches shorter than the other both raised on the same diet, now the shorter plant is approx 3 inches taller than its sister,
i now have 2 more widows just gone into flower, both taken as cuttings from the same plant and again 1 is approx 2 inches shorter than the other.
you could always take it to the doc to get a polio shot.
i say give it a couple of weeks
