I have IBS; sometimes so severe I can't even move... For that kind of pain, I medicate on edibles, if I can. If none are available at the time, I smoke however much is needed in order to dull the pain. Usually a bowl does to job, but it really depends on each person.

The best way to avoid IBS pain is to avoid trigger foods like the devil! Best of luck!
