There are drugs out there that are serious and ruin lives. Any THC substance is in no way in danger of honestly ruining lives. If this country doesn't get it's priorities straight, we're doomed. And we have jails full of stupid cases like this. Shouldn't our justice system be focused on crimes that actually impact society and families to the negative?

This pisses me off to no end. How many people right now are sitting in a cell, for what?? for an ounce, 2 ounces. A heavy medical patient will do that in a day.

It is a travesty in this day and age where we are spending TRILLIONS of dollars in Obama's F'd up stimulus but we still feel the need to put a felony charge on a gram of hash? Are you kidding me?!?!?! F'd up priorities man, way F'd up.

I'm taking it to trial if the felony is not dropped but the only grounds I have to fight it on is what constitutes hash? Can I tell them I mixed ash with resin and hope they are that stupid? What are the chemical differences between pot and hash, if there are any? Any help on ways to handle this case would be greatly appreciated. Rating: 5
