The police here will confiscate anything up to a half ounce of hash 14g and send you on your way.....most of the time.... or charge you with posession.....anything over that and your pretty much done for dealing....... shit I know a guy who got busted with 8 bars of hash 2kg and he got 2 years.... was out in 18 months

Good lord friend, this is not the place to seek legal advice, especially if you are facing a felony charge. Find a lawyer that can explain what your exposure might be for starters and work backwards from there. Having a felony conviction on your record will be a burden for years, seek professional help.

There are drugs out there that are serious and ruin lives. Any THC substance is in no way in danger of honestly ruining lives. If this country doesn't get it's priorities straight, we're doomed. And we have jails full of stupid cases like this. Shouldn't our justice system be focused on crimes that actually impact society and families to the negative?

This pisses me off to no end. How many people right now are sitting in a cell, for what?? for an ounce, 2 ounces. A heavy medical patient will do that in a day.
