Given the nature of the work that we do and the gray area that dispensaries fall into as far as Washington state law goes the answer is yes. Of course, we keep very close records as to whom we provide to and when. we must be sure to only provide to "one patient at any one time" and documentation is absolutely necessary. As far as the patients go the law is very clear, they are protected legally in obtaining and using cannabis so the files we keep have no bearring on the legal medicinal patient.
