when i got called for my random UA, my synthentic wasn't as warm when i crotched it in the morning (everyday ritual) ,so i stalled for an hr with the collector and drinking water,she said no worries this is what i get paid for cause i asked her if i was taking up her time since i was the last on the list and i knew my synthentic was ready for the temp.
