If you use the same equipment (environment) they use for the HighTimes pictures...then maybe (genes play an important role too).

Anything is possible, people have done it, and some of the most well known strains came as a result of that.

BUT....
I personally, if it were me, would not be taking the legal risk, time, and effort, to do that, when you could very easily get legit known genetics very very easily. How would you feel if you put in all the work, time, effort, took the legal risks, and then ended up w/ a crop of herms, or a crop of pretty buds, that sucked, or worse yet, worst case scenario, got busted for growing the prettiest shcwagg ever. Not worth it.

Now if you already can fulfill your needs w/ existing grow, and have the luxury to experiment, then do what ever I guess. But even then, me personally, I would just stick w/ known genetics that already rule you know?:jointsmile:

bagseed vs Nirvana Papaya...the bagseed are sucking the hind teat..(Papaya seed in the middle)(all conditions are equal)

'bout to get to it myself again, finally...well kind of...
tomatoes, peppers, and some herbs, not any fun herbs though...but it'll do for now until I can get my "fun" herbs going. I have that Nirvana Papaya on my list, as well as a shit ton of their other strains, I got about $500ish dollars that I am going to be dropping on some gear over the next several months while I am waiting to get started and while I grow some veggies. Almost all of the stuff I am looking at is Nirvana, from their Papaya, to Hindu and Afghan Kush, NL, NL x Shiva, WW, WR (sold out at the boo now damn it), AK 48, Bubbilicious, and a few others that I want to get while I have the chance, cannot wait!
Proof is in the pudding though, cheap seeds, good weed, dependable, and easy to get. Why mess w/ the bagseed?

(it's an old pic..)...but, fixin' to move into some new digs, in a month or two..

I just ordered some Nirvana Papaya, NL x Shiva and Skunk #1 x Haze.....(to go with my homemade WW seeds)... gotta wait until I see what the new grow room will look like; before ordering some new HID lights, too...imp:

It will feel good to get back in game...(tired of being a benchwarmer)

Happy for ya Dutch, I know it's been a minute, I am sick of riding the pine myself, hence the upcoming veggie garden lol.
My only experience w/ bagseed, my very very first grow ever. Started off ok, I had lots of issues at the time that I learned quite bit from, but the biggest one was that my bagseed, was an autoflower apparently! It flowered under 18 hours of light, at first I was like, "oh, they are showing sex" but then they just kept going and going and going, needless to say they did not turn out well. It was pretty funny though.

I have been hearing a lot of good things about them and I saw a link at the top of this page, Rhino seeds, that says they sell them.
