lots of water + powerade 5 days b4 and up to day of test was good enough for me! i took no b12 or 2, no suplements to balance my piss ph, nothing to color it, which by the way was 100% transparent, just tons of powerade(3 / 32 oz per day, literaly) and a bout 30 oz of water a day was good enough to pass a medtox lab test. i got my job and start monday! good luck to all!
