    Questions on Regeneration????

:question:Holla people! So i decided that I'm going to try Regeneration after my harvest in acouple week. I have been growing hydro for a few years and usually do pretty large grows (current grow is about 80 plants, 6 lights, 3 3x6 trays with 6 rockwool slabs in each) and basically i wanted to see if there are any Greenthumbs out there that could maybe give me some pointer and/or advice?? I'm not quite sure how far out i should start my flush for starters. I am growing a Lavender Soma#10 strain that flowers between 8-9 weeks. Rightnow i am on week 7 and am trying to learn as much as i can about this method. So please if anyone out there can tell me how they go about it and/or things NOT to do as well as things I MUST do...it would be much appreciated!!!

    Questions on Regeneration????

There's a link in my signature regarding re-veg (Bonsai) techniques. But since I'm not a hydro guy, I'm not too sure of warnings or insight from that angle, and I'm not usually into helping cash croppers in the first place.

    But, good luck.

    Questions on Regeneration????

Sorry if I missed something but are you saying that after the plant flowers and is harvested you just leave a little growing by the root ball and it will start vegging. I have several small plants that I received as orphans. None will be more than a quarter ounce except one that may be a half ounce. The thing is they are strains that I am not readily able to get more of. They were in 2 inch cubes just over a month ago. I threw them in Ocean Forest and they are thriving and need to be harvested soon. Can I save my rare (for me) breeds by leaving a little plant and the root ball. I have alice, nydiesel, mazar-i-sharif, silver russian, purple erkle, afghan goo, hindu skunk and others that I would like to continue to grow. I tried cloning earlier but just some of the clones are working since they were all budding when I got them. Is there some other way to save these strains. The mazar clone has already died and some like the goo I cannot get back to vegging. The train wreck and purple kush cloned and vegged fine but the rest are being stubborn.

Ya man...sorry i haven't been on for ever!! All u need to do is leave your lower water leaves and some small lil bits a bud on the lower part of your plants that u dont cut off and kick ur lights back on to 24-7 or whatever hrs u use to veg. i just did it for my first time and i am blown away by how smooth it went! I really dont understand why i haven't heard of more people doin this....it totally cuts down your veg/turn around time and allows u to see truly what plant u have that yeilds/grows the best and clone it....so your third harvest can be nothing but clones of your best plant!

    Questions on Regeneration????

Great! Thanks for filling in the details. This info is just in time. I need to harvest some of these tiny clones very soon. They are having this lacy white mold on the leaves. At first it looks like trichomes but on further inspection with the hand scope it just looks like white lace.

I will cut them back and put them under 24/7 and see what happens. I really have nothing to lose since they will be so small anyway. Hopefully I can clone some of these over the winter.

I have been checking around for green crack, og kush and durban poison clones but no luck yet. I want to give these and a few others a try.
