hey there again. if the bugs are based in the soil then i think there different to the ones in the pictures.

thrips and fungus knatts(check speliing lol) lay there eggs in the soil(substrate) the eggs hatch into larvy and then develope into crawly things that are twice as long as they are wide. these then change into the adult flying fungus natts. and the thrips look like very small and slender woodlice....

the bugs in the photo whith the white background are aphids im sure.

none of these will ruin a harvest.

thrip and fungus natt cause root diseases. sometime and the aphid just drink from your plants.

only a sevear infestation will harm your plants..

as for house hold products. if your mix didnt do the trick then god knows what will...

youll be fine..
