If there is no mmj card in Washington..Why is thcf handing them out like brochures?...state mmj cards...yep..
Have people been released from jail because of the cards? yes. Court charges dropped, uh huh..
I bet they would even give one to you my friend.

In Washington, there is no need for a MMJ Card. As defined in the law you need only proper documentation.

The definitions in this section apply throughout this chapter
unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

(5) â??Valid documentationâ?� means:
(a) A statement signed by a qualifying patientâ??s physician,
or a copy of the qualifying patientâ??s pertinent
medical records, which states that, in the physicianâ??s
professional opinion, the potential benefits of the
medical use of marijuana would likely outweigh the
health risks for a particular qualifying patient; and
(b) Proof of identity such as a Washington state driverâ??s
license or identicard, as defined in RCW

Just saying, there is NO MMJ CARD in Wa.

My wife is a patient of THCF and she has proper documentation but no CARD, also I don't qualify for a recommendation .
