I was told at a Pierce County hydro store that the can carbon filters were not being allowed to be sold because the authorities figure they can only be used for one thing. Growing marijuana.

Another store operatior in Pierce County said the law or whatever the State Legislature passed will not stand in court and that eventually the filters should be sold again. No time line was mentioned.

I searched and searched the State Legislature's web site for a RCW that would explain this ruling/action. I could find none. Asking business operators didn't get me far.
bridge4 Reviewed by bridge4 on . Pierce County?? Rumor is there's some Pierce County "green task force" who's been conducting surveillance around local grow shops in Puyallup and Tacoma.. Needless to say, this has me a bit paranoid to shop locally. Anyone hear the same? Rating: 5
