My company got bought out last July and we are subject to randoms now. Been workiing there 19 years,Tuesday sept 22 we have physicals and u/a test. Ive been puffing for almost 30 years ,last 20 heavily.Ive stopped 17 days ago and bought one of those gnc 7 day body cleanse which was finished on sunday. Has anyone tried this with good results? does it work ?because i didnt follow the diet in the instructions to a t. I am 5-10 169lbs and have a good metabolism.I can eat anything and dont gain any weight from eating alot of junk food. I have quick fix 5.7 which is probably about 11 months old . I have my buddies urine which is clean and planning on using that but dont know if I will be watched because they are coming to my work to perform the tests. Will use the dilution as last resort. For a dipstick test can they check specific gravity, creatine levels on that test ? or do they check that when it goes to the lab? My other concern is will they know if I use my buddies urine to cross check against my blood test? Is there a way they can do that or do they have to d.n.a both samples. Which I dont know if labs do,or if my company will pay for that. Any advice will be greatly appreciated

The detox kits don't work THC stays in the fat cells till the fat cells are burned and recycled every 30 days or so.
Subbing is going to be your best bet. The QF should still be fine as long as it hasn't been left in the sun.
They should be testing ph level and creatine levels. But there are some crappy fly by night labs out there.
You won't be watched.
It costs way too much for a company to do dna checking.

Specific gravity and creatinine is checked to determine dilution, while pH is checked to determine adulteration.
There are some instant-type test kits available that feature additional panels for SG, creatinine, and pH. With these type of kits now becoming more widely available, the sample not necessarily has to go to the lab to have those checks performed.

In the US, any form of genetic testing cannot be performed on urine samples collected for a drug test unless authorization was granted by the donor. Such authorizations are made on an entirely seperate and detailed consent form.

I got a home test kit for thc from walgreens today. Took the test and passed but with a faint line on the test . Are these tests accurate? If i havent puffed and wont puff till the test date should I be golden? Still a little worried and am wondering if I should still work out, chug water, drink cranberry juice, etc? I will take another test just to be sure the day before the actual physical. I took the at home at 6 pm today but my test at work is at 10.20 am on sep 22nd. Hopefully that wont matter since Im clean now. Again any advice would be greatly appreciated,and thank you for the advice already given.

The home tests are just as accurate as the assays the labs use for the initial screen.

Since your U/A is on the 22nd, take one more home test on the 19th, but this time use the first urination of the day (when THCA concentrations would be at its highest and not affected by any fluids consumed prior, as it would be with afternoon/evening urinations). If you test negative with the first urination of the day (regardless of line intensity), youre good to go. :thumbsup:

There is no way you'll get a blood or hair test. Its not even that serious. Its just a urine test for a company. If you drink a lot of water, I think its fine. I drink a lot of water daily because I work out a lot and didnt have any problems with any tests.

Took another home test today producing another faint line,not as dark as the top one but you can see it. Not as ghost as the pic in metaligirlie pic but faint. I know that is a pass but can they tell from a faint line that thc is in my system but below the cutoff? It wasnt a first pee in the morning but I wasnt drinking alot of water just what I normally drink in the day anyway.They also are taking 3 vials of blood and sending it to the lab,should the thc be out of my system in my blood if I produce a faint line with urine? I have the test tommorow morning at 10.20a.m and will dilute and have been taking creatine for the last 2 days.Also have my buddies urine which I know is clean as a last resort. In my handout booklet for the physical they said to drink alot of fluids because they will be taking a urine sample ,with all of the employees is gonna be like a soup line so they dont have to wait for everyone to produce urine ,but isnt that an excuse for me for a negative dilute?,and if they make me take a retest is it usually that day or the next because I want to start puffing asap. And usually how long does it take to get lab results? Any advice is greatly appreciated again

The faintness of the line has nothing to do with the level of thc metabolites.
Blood tests are only good to detect drugs for 3 or 4 days.
The results come back usually in 3 business days.
Sounds like you'll be fine. Do a little dilluting the morning of the UA.
Drink about 30 ounces of gatorade
pee 3 or 4 times and use your midstream urine.

Took the test today and nobody watched. Had my buddies urine at right temp but was scared to use it for the fact of I passed 2 home tests and just thought Id use my own.It was a 5 panel dipstick test and they did not tell me the results nor did I want to ask for fear of being suspicious. They split the sample into 2 vials one being sent to lab for u/a the other I guess was thrown out hopefully ,because I swore the lady only sealed 1 vial to be sent for the u/a,the other to be sent if I didnt pass the dipstick.Cant remember because it was chaotic in there with all the people in line. I got the paperwork for the u/a and thought the specific gravity was 1.000 but they told us to drink plenty of fluids .Cant remember what else it had on there, will try and get it tomorrow but really dont want to ask for it. I guess Ill have to play the waiting game.Again thanks for all the advice ,this a very great site
