i Think you'll find that he was voluntarily FORCED to go to america, probably because if he VOLUNTARILY went then the sentence would be reduced and because the US has an unlimited funds to press these matters thro the courts, where as ordinary devils like yourself , me and Mark have what is in our pockets (not much for me there).

nobodys forcing him to go. the american government has been after him for years and the canadian government have repeatedly told them to fuck of.
