Wash. MMJ Activism?
Hello people I had the honor of meeting a couple of the people involved in the battle for our MMJ rights, and believe me it is a real down in the gutter type fight still going on. This is the second case I've tried to make a physical presence and I can tell you from firsthand experience, the defendents in these cases really appreciate having the moral support in the court room.
I know we're all busy and have our personal lives that we are trying to maintain but I ask that you try to get involved in these court cases. Just show up, thats all you need to do.
For Washington MMJ patients and people concerned about personal liberties you can stay up on a lot of these court cases at cdc.coop. Try and go to these trials when you can and if you can afford a few bucks donate to help cover the costly legal expenses of these people being persecuted.
I'm going to try and post dates and times of court cases that we can make a physical presence in. cdc.coop has a very good calendar that posts the cases they are involved in.

Tell me why the CDC would not ask the Board of Pharmacy to apply the state schedule 1 test to marijuana, and put a fork in all our problems. This needs to be done ASAP.No more talk or messing around.Marijuana does not meet the criteria to be in schedule 1.The Supreme court needs to force the BOP to apply the state schedule 1 test.My guess is the CDC won't do it.

Because state employees are still scared of the feds. If they try it I guarantee the feds will step in.

This is just going to take time. I really appreciate your suggestion to show support for these people. Please do post dates and time as I would go if for nothing more than moral support.

cdc.coop has a great site with a calender of court dates for victims of persecution. There's a good one monday at the Kitsap Courthouse in Port Orchard. Kitsap v. Lloyd Stillson A son that is being railroaded by the prosecuting attorney. I'm going to try and be at that one.
Cannabis Defense Coalition is being staffed by some very good people and there attorneys do the majority of there cases pro bono
