Any thoughts on "Zeitgeist?"

after first watching zeitgeist i was pretty convinced, the facts seemed to be good, well presented and accurate, however i googled around for some more information (i usually like to do a little additional research before im commited to believeing something)

basically the whole movie is a load of crap, everything in it has been debunked

theres also a website i found ages ago that goes line by line and points out the many errors and lies in the movie (much of the information was intentionally misleading) however i cannot find that site, but im sure if you google around you can find it

What Zeitgeist got wrong, is the solution to this mess, The Venus Project, which sounds like the old Soviet Union with a hiTech veneer. So in conclusion, I'd say Zeitgeist is 25% bullshit.

dude, sound like you havent toked up in a while, either that or you are Peter Joseph, coz for you to take my opinion so offensively (and all i did was write that when i saw the movie, i thougt it was good, then when i researched it i found a whole crapload of flaws), that website not only breaks down all the major arguements in the movie, it also checks out all of the source material used for the movie (which is the most important way to determine how accurate the information is) and finds much of it has been misquoted or misrepresented, and there are a hell of alot more websites than just this one. and unless you go through the whole site and tell me point by point how the whole thing is inaccurate youre not going to change my mind (if you think thats unreasonable, well check the site, coz thats exactly what the author did, and he did convince me)

as for my supposed jealousy of peter joseph, do you really think that just coz i dont agree with him im jealous? coz by that logic i could say that youre jealous of me (and i wouldnt blame ya, im quite remarkable), but you can see how it doesnt make much sense, in fact heres a list of people im jealous of

now i am sorry i cant watch a movie and believe everything they say, i really am, but unfortunately i like to read about a subject before i accept everything i see and hear as truth, and the fact that youve written in to the website doesnt impress me, especially if you accused the author of the site of being jealous of peter joseph
