oh yeah, its Coronado Island isn't it, not Corona Island :stoned: that was an honest typo. yeah, that whole are is beautiful. I've camped in the deserts and mountains east of there, too.

i once went a bicycle ride ride from ensanada to rosarito with my girlfriend at the time. they had a big fiesta for us in rosarito and water and cervasas for us along the trail. :rasta: beautiful ride, i was glad i did it after we went.

as we were coming back we were sitting out by the curb in tj waiting for a van to take us back across the border when this little girl comes up and asks me for money. i had already given most of my cash to the little kids in rosarito (yeah, i'm a sucker) so i didn't have anything but an apple and orange left in my back pack. i offered them to her and she kinda looks at the apple for a second or two and then she gets a big smile on her face and grabs the apple and skips happily off. for some reason i have never forget that. that is one of my fondest memories of Baja.
