that is San Diego. a lot of southern cal is VERY conservative, they call Orange County a little slice of Oklahoma because of all the American flags and general conservative attitudes there.

but, i am glad you mentioned that because this really drives home why the 2010 inititative may actually have a shot. There has been a legalization petition in California just about every election year since the late '60s but this one in 2010 is different.

This one will allow the counties and cities to decide if they want to legalize sales to adults or not, similar to wet and dry counties for alcohol that we have now in some states. (the author is a Texan ) This is different from prop 215, which i think required all counties and cities in California to legalize med use, which as we've seen, has been an ongoing battle in places like San Diego and Riverside Counties.

but, if its really true that leo is just going after the distributors that seem to be gang and/or organized crime related then maybe its a good thing, just kinda trimming the water leaves. :stoned:
