I heard of a guy who had a three or five year physicians statement. He had to pay a lot more for it but it works out to a little less per year. He was an amputee so his condition was not going to change.

I've got my prescription bottles, medical documents from my specialist (both MD & psychiatrist who prescribed most of the painkillers), copies of MRI and x-ray results, reports from physical therapist and letter from psychotherapist. However the last link in my chain, my primary physician, is jerking me around over getting copies of my medical records. I'm going to their office first thing in the morning and not leaving Rating: 5
