wow your taking ALLL that stuff? I got my Medicann card in San Jose, and all I took was a single Px bottle. Thats it. was in and out in 45 mins with my paper and card mailed in 2 weeks.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I've got my prescription bottles, medical documents from my specialist (both MD & psychiatrist who prescribed most of the painkillers), copies of MRI and x-ray results, reports from physical therapist and letter from psychotherapist.
