they have to give you a copy of your medical records !! its the law!! the only thing they can do is charge you for a copy of your medical file, sounds like you might have enough records already,, anything stating a diagnosis ? thats what the pot doc will look for good luk :thumbsup:

I've got my prescription bottles, medical documents from my specialist (both MD & psychiatrist who prescribed most of the painkillers), copies of MRI and x-ray results, reports from physical therapist and letter from psychotherapist. However the last link in my chain, my primary physician, is jerking me around over getting copies of my medical records. I'm going to their office first thing in the morning and not leaving Rating: 5
