Doctor holding medical docs hostage
I have an appointment with Medicann in Santa Cruz this Saturday. I've got my prescription bottles, medical documents from my specialist (both MD & psychiatrist who prescribed most of the painkillers), copies of MRI and x-ray results, reports from physical therapist and letter from psychotherapist. However the last link in my chain, my primary physician, is jerking me around over getting copies of my medical records.
I'm going to their office first thing in the morning and not leaving till the records are in my hands. But if they come up with an excuse claiming they're too busy (I asked them last week), do you think the medical reports I already have will be enough?imafooker Reviewed by imafooker on . I think if you just give Medicann a call they will probably let you know that you have enough. I just showed my previous license to the doctor at Medicann and he issued a new one based on that. My old doctor charged $190 and it was only good for 6 months. The good thing was that it said you could grow 25 plants and posess 5 lbs for personal use. My Medicann license has no such information at all.

as the 25 plant scripts are becoming a thing of the past. Most counties are allowing a 6 plant per script.

You should be good to go, bro- with what you already have. The Medicann docs are good people.
Oh, and probably should find another doctor. The one you currently have sounds like an asshat; or at least the folks workin the office are.

I heard of a guy who had a three or five year physicians statement. He had to pay a lot more for it but it works out to a little less per year. He was an amputee so his condition was not going to change.
