I was also wondering If I can mix my creatine monohydrate with the cranberry juice...seems like a bad idea though, since it may speed up the creatine entering and exiting my body. Not quite sure.

I made the mistake of smoking last monday, tuesday and wednesday, so I'll only have been sober a few days..I went a few runs and weight lifted. Got sweaty and everything and have also been drinking cranberry juice.

I took creatine and will do so today and again tomorrow, along with more red meat consumption....dear God this needs to work lol.
