I'm looking for a vendor in the [edited by mod staff] Area
Looking for a reliable vendor in the [edited by mod staff] area. A lot of people I've been dealing with lately are flaky and weird and I don't like that too much.
I'm a college student, so money is hard to come by. I buy in pretty small amounts ( like, $10 and up ), so you'd have to not-mind that too much. I don't have a card for now.
