I live on the east cost as well..Rhode island...But they are in fact handing out MMD cards here. Its kinda new here though.. I think they only hand them out to people with glaucoma,aids, etc..And i have SAD and depression.

Sometimes its hard for me to do normal tasks. Like ordering food..cashing a check. Ive been on 3 different medication and none seem to work. Im interested in getting an MMP card..heres the thing.
