well la has been not allowing dispensaries but i believe the moratorium ends soon soo you might be in luck...

    follow jerry browns guidlines closely

you already took your first step in finding a spot..

next thing is to start a non forprofit corporation .. you have to operate as a non forprofit .. thats your structure and your rules.. you set the salaries.. i wouldnt go above 50000 for the first 2 years..

    get your sellers permit..

tobacco license .. not because your selling tobacco .. but you might have rolling papers pipes ect.. its more for protection

business license ... this is were people get tripped up ... do not put medical marijuana put retail general merchandise

you have to set up security.. alarms safety buttons bullet proof glass.. ect...

hope this helps and good luck

Co-ops are better then Collective in the laws eyes. you will need a buisness plan, I have a few of them. You can contact me if you like, i consult for Collectives and Co-ops in the area. check out RESCUED 4 LIFE - Our BusinessWe create and consult for Homeowners, Collectives and Co-operatives.Ã? We help large commerical grow opperations and very small closet growers as well.Ã? No one is too small or to big to help.Ã? Ã? Ã? Start ups, Parleminta and hit me back if you are interested. I will give you a heads up, i like to consult for collectives trying to be outside the box and more legal then ever. If you are looking for easy money and planning on leaving the industry in a short time try someone else. thank you and good luck Drew Hayes.
