My two females have been growing since late april and still havent budded. So now i am wondering are they hemp plants and if they are do they provied cannabis?

If you planted pot seeds ya got weed plants. If ya planted hemp seeds ya got hemp. Its that easy:thumbsup:

You need to do some reading man, it helps ya out alot. Hemp doesnt have thc in it and weed does. If you think ya got 2 females then its not hemp. Just give it time and when there is less day light hours, you will start to get buds:thumbsup:

if you are growing outdoors then mother nature is still on a 13/11 light cycle, she wont switch to 12/12 til Sept 22nd.

First off hemp is Cannabis ruderlis, direct relative of Cannabis sativa and Cannabis indica. Hemp or ruderlis does not contain any THC, to speak of. They tend to be shorter plants then indicas, which is shorter then sativas. They also tend to look "scruffier" and have larger stems.
Hemp has the same male and female partners just like the others, and will form buds just like indicas and sativas, but typically not as large or dense.
Ruderlis also is not as effected by photoperiod and dark period as the others. They tend to flower on a time schedule not on the amount of dark period they recieve. It is the bases of the "autoflower" hybreds that are starting to become popular.

So if your plants have been growing since April it is very doubtfull they are hemp. So just hang in there, and when they see a long enough dark period they will start flowerinng for you.

If there's a security light, or traffic, or a streetlight, you're going to have a problem... regardless of species. Unless you're running a full autoflower. And you'd know, because your ass would still hurt from how much you'd paid for the seeds.

C. ruderalis tends to autoflower, or semi-autoflower. True Siberian hemp would flower EARLIER rather than later.
Also, outdoor-grown cannabis will show sex and preflowers in late July in the northern hemisphere. Harvest is typically October and full flowering is in evidence in late August.
