First timer, troubleshooting form filled out!
I filled out this troubleshooting guide, I know this grow may seem a little ghetto, but i definitely have a budget and its just a test before we order genuine seeds...Our plants are green, but the lower leafs are drooping a lot and have yellowish spots on the leaves with some grey, but at the same time, the top half of the plant looks completely fine...
I think i'm going to cut a exhaust and input port for two little computer fans and see if that will circulate some more air... Tell me what you guys think after reading everything! Thanks again

so what exaclty is the problem?
until you get a pH test kit at the least there is not much anyone can do for you.
add the fans to the top of the box to exhaust, causing a negative pressure which in turn will suck in cool, co2 filled air.

The plants are drooping and the bottom set of leaves are turning yellow/greyish in some areas. The PH is at about 6.8/7 but it may not be exact , I'll have to get some soil testing kits...

Spraying yoru plants with plain water can leach nutrients out of the leaves. Make sure you're actually WATERIN"G your plants with a correct fertilizer, but be very careful since you're running a heavily pre-fertilized soil on young plants, which in and of itself can be a source of problems. Also, with LEDs, you'll have to make extra sure that you are not overfertilizing or overwatering, as compared to a hotter, brighter, HID lamp.
I'd lose the spray unless you find you actually NEED to foliar feed for some reason, which I don't see.
