Too early to tell, I would say. Don't see any signs of sex.

How old is it and what light schedule do you have?

Had it on 17-7 for the first week and a half but then got an airstone and pump and new nutrients and have put it on 24 hr lighting since and it has been a week from then so at 2.5 weeks now. and have just planted 3 new sprouts.

Most plants won't show pre-flowers till around 5 weeks +/-.

Around 4-6 weeks or when your plant is about 1/3 the height you have room for, switch to 12/12 lights. They will start flowering for sure in about 2 weeks.

Different varieties will flower at different times so hang in there, looks good so far.
