You mentioned my favorite rooting booster, "willow water".

Usually in an EZ-cloner I use plain water with a small amount (abt 25% of recomended amt or less) of Olivia's with good success. But for stuborn strains that are harder to root, or trying to root difficult cuts, like fan leaves (hehe), willow water is absolutly incredible.

Just last month I made up abt 5 gallons, and have abt another 5 gallons ready soon. Willow water is good stuff.:thumbsup:

You definately can clone using just plain water with no additives at all, I've had to do it many times when when out of rooting solution and willow water.
