Lighting issues
I was just curious, what have you had best results with when using reflective materials. I have heard white walls in the grow-op, but have heard foil works better than white paint. I have also heard something about parchment paper while using led's but i don't have any FACTS. thanks for your opinions.

Lighting issues
Most growers prefer flat white paint on the walls. It reduces heat better, reflects better.... forget about the paper.
