alright I admit it I've eaten 'coon, too. :jointsmile: just one time, the first one I ever shot when I was a kid, it seemed like the right thing to do. :stoned: i can't remember how it tasted but i bet it was pretty tuff.

we used hunt and trap them when I was kid. I had a bluetick and a black and tan hound and my best friend down the road had 'coon dogs, too. you could get a pretty good price for the fur back then, or it least what seemed like a lot of money to a kid.

I suppose an old one, might get tough, I don't know, but typically, it's a lot like pork, nice and juicy, with a sweet taste like nothing else ... good stuff, Maynard :thumbsup:
