I am not a doctor so take this with a grain of salt as I could be completely wrong - but I think the very minimum is a diagnosis and a few weeks, maybe a month of prescribed pharmaceuticals.

Diagnosis is going to be a big factor for you, anorexia or bulimia would probably do the trick though. I have mentioned this next place in so many of my posts that I feel like a commercial for them or something lol.

If you want some real guidelines from people who know, google: CBR Medical, they are the only medical organization that I know of specifically geared toward getting people authorized for medical marijuana in Washington.

The conditions that i want to get approved for are not documented and I have no records. So the first thing Im going to do is build some documentation.
