Hello all. I have been lurking here for a bit and now its my turn to freak out!

Im 35 (not that old, I know), 6 feet tall and weigh in at 240. Been smoking one bowl everyday for the last 15 years. Ive been reading the stickies at the top about dilution and whatnot.

My question is, since I have to go and do a piss test tomorrow for a job, is dilution my only option here? Im not down for the whole synth urine. Just need a way to pass this damn test. Haven't needed to take a UA in over 15 years. Just a bit nervous since its been so long. Im still employed but an opportunity just bit me in the ass last night. Id be stupid not to take it.


PS; Sorry if my question might seem a bit staggered. Haven't finished my first cup of coffee yet.

Dillution isn't going to work. Subbing is really your best chance. Either with soneone elses urine that you absolutely know takes no drugs or with synthetic urine. Keeping the temp right is really pretty easy.

A smoker like you would take a minimum of 48 hrs clean, and a maybe even a week or so before dilution would work...
