Should I worry?!

Well heres the deal, I had never smoked in my life. But on August 10th my friends filled the car full of smoke with the windows up the whole time for about 15 minutes(I didnt smoke that night) and I caught a small contact high, then 4 days later I actually smoked with one of my friends, prolly 6 hits, felt high but not too bad. I'm 21, weigh 165, around 5'8-5
'9 in hieght, and I have been working out everyday for a week now, starting taking creatine today before and after I work out, also been drinkin a lot of water. I heard stuff about b-12 and niacin helping too, whats yalls take on that? Anyways I got a drug test in 2 weeks, on that day it would mean that it would be 31 days since I smoked. My friends told me since it was my first time that it shoulda been outta my system very fast. What do yall think?

Niacin is an ancient myth. It does nothing to rid the body of THC.

Drinking a lot of water in the days/weeks before the test is of no help. THC is not water soluble (unlike certain other drugs), its fat soluble. However, the THC metabolites that are present in the bladder can be diluted (by drinking fluids) to where the urine sample registers below the cutoff thresholds of the drug screen. Its a balancing act and the actions are temporary - once all of the fluids taken in had been urinated out, a "dirty" donor will resume testing postive for THC. Therefore, drinking fluids is only helpful on the day of the U/A.

The proper vitamin to use is B2 (Riboflavin), which is only used to bring color back to urine during dilution protocols. It has no effect on ridding the body of THC.

There is no product that can permanently rid the body of THC. The only proven way to rid the body of THC is time and fat-burning exercise.

after 31 days anyone would be clean. just be smart and dont smoke till you test. it has alot to do with your bodys metabolizem than anything. ur not over weight and you say you workout and what not. you will be fine dont overly stress over it.

Each persons body chemistry is different. Take a home THC test so you know where you stand. A home THC test would tell a more accurate and realistic story than guesswork from others.

When taking a home test, be sure to use the first urination of the day.

Not everyone will be clean after 31 days. Im going on eight weeks and still testing positive. But Im about 15 lbs oveweight, just a little chubby. But good luck man!!!

I was assured Id here some more answers to keep me more confident since all I did was catch a contact high and 4 days later smoke, and my drug test would be over 31 days than my last smoke, and ive NEVER SMOKED before in my life. Plus ive been working out a lot and am not overweight at all.

I wouldnt recognize guesswork from strangers as "assurance", but then thats just me.

Then again, I place great importance on getting/keeping a job or staying out of jail, particularly when my family are ultimately the beneficiaries of it.

I certainly agree, Burnt. That line was definitely sarcasm, but it's hard to relay tone in this form of communication!
