Anyways, today i bought a drug test from cvs, because it was the day of my test exam for a new job that pays close to 30 a year. I ended up smoking 3 days in a row last weekend the 22nd 23rd and 24th which was a monday, not knowing I'd get a call later that afternoon for an interview. At any rate they offered me the job that friday, and I had already started my detox process, Water, beer, grapes, watermelon, liver cleansing pills, every "myth" in the book.

Today I took the Home test before hand it said I was positive for marijuana, well the line was faint that you could barely see it, so i went to a friends house that i knew was clean, and got his urine. They then told me the pee was too warm...and i had to retest. F MY LIFE.

So I waited around for about 30-45 minutes, and drank uber amounts of water while I was sitting there. gave enough of a sample for them to test... it wasn't super yellow but this greenish yellow that worried me, (it was like the pee was laughing saying "you're not gonna passs, you're not gonna pass" and i turned the sample in.

Frantic..I bought another home drug test...and took it. Now here is where the story gets fucked up.


Light yellow pee, very clear for the most part with a faint amount of yellow... I pee, wait, test shows an awesome line. which means, I passed.... WTF IS GOING ON RIGHT NOW? IS GOD SPITING ME...ANYBODY WITH SIMILAR STORIES PLEASSSSEEE POST. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH...

Theres no meaning attributed to the intensity of the line. A faint line in the T region is still a negative.

Even if an untrained tech were to misinterpret a faint line as a "fail" and sent the sample to the GC/MS for confirmation, the sample would still come back as negative.

I sure hope theres some sort of leniency with labcorp. I am nervous as hell right now, after not being employeed for a year...and applying to about 25 different places and this is my first call back in a yearrrr. I'm nervous. the wife isn't happy, but I guess all I can do is pray. Guess its even further detoxification AND find a good temp agency.
