No dude, I personally believe its possible to have a residual high for a few if you party real hard and smoke a ton of weed and/or do other drugs.

Here's what you do: drink lots of water, vitamin C, vegetables, and green tea or other things with lots of antioxidants (yes, coffee is good too). It will get you back to normal faster.
