Ok i have a question about the right kind of plant foods to use?

Do you use the 10/52/10 with the higher middle number when the plants are smaller? {the first 6-8 weeks or so?} then switch over to a 19/31/17 when they go into their 12/12 right?

I was told that i'm to use this kind where i live, as the plants seem to really like the 19/31/17 for orchids...
by Schultz {Expert} ...my plants seem to love it and the buds are forming beautifuly...

At first i had i ass backwards and was using the higher middle number when they had started to form the buds!..lol
Noticed the leaves were starting to wilt pritty fast...lol
Since i've started using this orchid plant food, my plants are looking wonderful!

Am i to asume that i'm doing the right thing here???..LOL
