I follow what you are saying. Point made is that they are starving for lumens. I am not judging you, nor arguing. My point is this: If a person decides to run a show, ans is not legal (med patient or in a country where is legal), then you stand in most states the same risk for one or two small plants than 1-4 larger, more developed plants.
