I would still folow the dillution sticky but cut back on the fluid a little. Maybe 30 ounces of gatorade,pee 3 or 4 times and use your midstream urine.

I smoked twice last week, on Monday and Wednesday. Each day I only smoked one blunt (shared with two other people), but the weed was very potent.
