i need some help

Ok i had a 2x2 grow room before and all the plants died and i want to start again. so my question is how would u start a low budget 2 foot x 2 foot grow box and i have no clue about lights and everything like is it possible to buy light at like home depot or i would have to order them off line

but anyway hereâ??s the challenge

how would u make a 2 foot by 2 foot grow room cheap and with materials u could get at home depot
