Anyone else find that they make a healthy lifestyle choice and after a few months they end up not doing it anymore and start doing something else and never sticking with one thing?

For instance, I stopped smoking cigs a few years ago and started working out frequently; joined wrestling AND weight training in my school and did that for a while. Than I got quite a bit stronger than I used to be, then I started running and dropped weight training all-together. Then I started smoking more pot and dropped running and started studying and trying harder in school (brought my marks up from 75-80 to 80-85) and also drinking water all the time and eating healthier. Now its spring break so I'm not doing much but smoking, eating, and partying of course (I want to gain a few pounds, I'm 6'3" and 155 ish lbs.)

Anyway does anyone else find similair patterns in their lifestyles?

FYI when I go on 'binges' where all I do is party for a few days I don't eat much. But otherwise I eat 2-3 healthy meals a day and very little junk-food if any. I snack sometimes but its usually something like carrots and dip or cheese or something. Anyway.
