Man... i tried it and... damn! It works!

When i was high, lying down and relaxed, i noticed something like this "spinning" feeling you described. For me, it felt like if there were an axis from my left to my right and i were being rotated around it... or like if i were inside a large pipe, and it were spinning very fast with me inside.

Its interesting i could clearly percieve this when i was new to smoking (and got way more stoned), but had forgotten how it felt.

Concentrating on this spinning feeling and on intensifying actually increased the high... i could almost feel the air rushing past me as i spun... it was amazing! It had been quite a while since the last time i had felt this!

I also noticed when i lost the concentration the axis around which i felt i was spinning seemed to change its place... for example, the greatest spinning feeling i felt was when the left-right axis seemed to pass through my mid-torax, near the heart... when i lost the concentration, it seemed to move to near my throat, and then to my head.

And now that im sober i cant feel any spinning at any part of the body.

Once i did read that the chakras could be considered as vortices of "energy", that spun endlessly, and that it was possible to concentrate on their spinning. So maybe thats what this technique aims for...

Anyway, its a very nice thing to do when stoned, and i recommend it for everybody!
