When I'm sober I find it difficult to generate those really good feelings. I find it difficult to be aware of where the feeling is travelling in my body...

But when I'm stoned on some good grass I can't miss my good feelings... And when I spin them... WOW!!!!!

Here's the technique

1. Notice the buzz in your body... where does it start... where does it go to?

2. Start moving the feeling faster

3. Double the speed... double the intensity... double it again
