Hi everyone. Im new to the forum. Im going to try to get my Medicann card here in Sacramento. Can anyone give me any advice on what I should bring to the appointment? Like papers, perscriptions, etc. Thanks

I would first talk to the Doctor and see what they require. That being said, I took copies of all my medical records and prescriptions to the appointment.

well medicann is really lax,i brought nothing with me but my word of my problems,although they are true and life affecting,i had no problems with the doc.i got my first card in santa rosa.if you can get your medical records.medicann understands if you cant get a hold of them so they allow you to bring your prescription pill bottles.they must be prescribed for you,and generally must be pain relief pills.i hope you have a good experience
