I am new to this site and have never grown medicinal marijuana but I just purchased this grow light from E-Bay 400 watt Lumatek Air Cool Grow Light kit MH HPS 2 lamps - eBay (item 270447621186 end time Aug-28-09 18:13:23 PDT)

I will be starting a small closet grow operation next month. Does anyone here know anything good or bad about the light I just bought? I admit that I probly got ripped off and could have made one myself but safety is a big issue to me. I didn't want to risk burning down my place.

I will be posting photos of my closet before I prep it for growing and will be needing all of your recommendations. I have never grown before and I don't want to screw it up.

It's a decent package deal. Some/most people have good luck with Lumatek ballasts; a few don't..(made in China)

400 watt is an excellent size light for personal grows...:thumbsup:
