Man, I like your shop... and that Cough was excellent. It was just a little damp... probably dry by now. Maybe I got a freak nug. Shit happens. That's cool that you'll try to resolve people's concerns with quality though. Should've just gone that route as some retards seem to take it personally when you criticize shops that they like...
