Huh, I question your definition of "dry". I picked up some Cough and Heavy Duty Fruity from D9 a couple days ago and it was the first and only time I've gotten WET buds from a dispensary! I wouldn't have posted about it in the D9 thread yesterday if it didn't happen!!

That shit would NOT burn well at all, especially the cough! It took about 10 hits to finish a bowl that always takes about 4. The first attempted hits basically I had to hold the lighter on the bowl for like 3-5 seconds, then the cherry immediately went out. After about 3-4 attempted hits it was finally dry enough to stay lit while pulling. However, it still didn't burn enough to get a milky bong rip. If you consider that dry, then I'd hate to see what you call wet. Wet buds don't have to be sopping or dripping. The Heavy Duty Fruity was a little drier, but not much.

Properly dried and cured buds should light up immediately and stay lit when you touch the lighter to the corner of the bowl.

Delta9 should know better and maybe it was an oversight. They are a good shop and the buds looked really great. Its really disappointing when you find out that the buds were barely dried and probably minimally cured if at all. I'm sure it was a vendor strain, but buds shouldn't be sold while they're still wet!! It shorts the patient and leaves them with inferior quality meds!

BTW, this reminds me of what C3 told me on my first visit. They said if I was unsatisfied with any medication I could come back, bring the rest of it, and exchange it for something that worked better. Do they still do this? That might make me actually start going there. I've gotten so many disappointing meds recently at several great dispensaries (CAM, CCF, D9, Grateful Meds, ReLeaf). It would be a huge selling point for me now to be able to exchange shitty meds because there's so many of them around. Seems like a lot of dispensaries are relying on random vendors to fill in the supply gaps which makes the meds less consistent for us.

So does anyone know of any dispensaries that will let you exchange or return meds if not happy?!
